All our windows are designed to expel any water and reduce the wind pressure as it hits the glass.

Our windowsills do not project from the face of the window so water cannot sit on the sill; any water that hits the glass is allowed to drain completely away from the window.

All windows, doors and frames are constructed with a full mortice and tenon joint. The head and sill is cut to the full width of the window and the jambs scribed over the head and sill profile, which provide a very strong, long lasting window joint.

All external edges of our windows have a 3mm radius. We do this to prolong the life of your paints and stains. Paints and stains do not adhere to sharp corners, so we put a radius on them so the paint or stain performs much better on your window.
