Fairoak Casement Windows offer a number of benefits and are best suited for customers who require maximum ventilation through their home as quickly as possible.
This type of window opens from the side with a handle on the left or the right. When you open your casement window the sash moves across the frame, so even if the wind changes direction our windows will still allow air through your home on each side of the sash. The sash opens out to 85 degrees for maximum airflow.
These windows are fitted with a European designed multi point locking system with either two or three locking points for complete security. They enable the casement window to be locked in the open position for secure ventilation.
All our sashes are 57mm thick and come with 24mm double-glazing with a 16mm air gap. This sized air gap has been proven as the best performing double-glazing available.
